We hope that you are will happy with your items.But if for any reason you change your mind,(Including no reason).Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the goods can be returned or replaced without affecting our second sale on all products including custom made items.

What should I know before return?
✔ Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
✔ We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
✔ All ITEMS Clearance purchased at Aukila are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
✔ To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:
✔ Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure.
✔ Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
Custom Charges:
Buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
When the delivery is complete,Please email(info@aukila.com) the tracking number and picture of the returned package to us.
When can I get refund?
Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). If the clothes are damaged or lost during the transportation, we will not refund.
